Background

We led the renovation design for Xiao Erlou, a leading Sichuan restaurant brand, reimagining a three-storey architectural complex set within Mianyang Wetland Park. Encompassing both exterior and interior spaces, the project was conceived as a spatial narrative celebrating the brand’s successful collaboration with the local government. Through a design-driven approach, the transformation strengthened Xiao Erlou’s brand presence and laid the foundation for a long-term creative partnership between our two teams.

Vision

Our vision is to achieve maximum visual impact with minimal investment—creating highly shareable, destination-worthy dining spaces. In this project, that vision was fully realised: within one week of reopening, the restaurant ranked among Mianyang’s must-visit dining destinations. Notably, the entire renovation was delivered with a total construction budget of just RMB 300,000, demonstrating our ability to translate strategic design thinking into measurable brand and commercial value.
