Once a crumbling relic plagued by broken beams, missing columns, water damage, and disjointed layouts, the property has been transformed into an immersive commercial bar inspired by the epic sci-fi narrative of Dune.

2 Oasis

The two floors of the bar showcase distinct and contrasting aesthetics. The first floor captures the warm tones of a desert wasteland with sandy hues and walnut wood finishes, creating a cozy and inviting bar space designed for high-traffic socialization. In contrast, the second floor embodies the cold, unyielding essence of the Harkonnen family, with sleek gray tones and stainless steel accents defining an exclusive shisha lounge. This level caters to discerning patrons seeking an extended stay in an atmosphere of futuristic sophistication.
